As a consultant you will be:
- Developing business with new clients over the phone and on client visits
- Resourcing and interviewing new candidates
- Liaising between clients and candidates
- Maintaining working relationships with existing clients and spotting opportunities for further business
- Advertising vacancies and searching job boards
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a temporary recruitment background
- An ability to learn and develop skills
- Can build rapport with clients and candidates
- Is determined and resilient

This is a full 360 recruitment consultant role where you will liaise with clients and candidates daily.
