We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Business Change and Implementation team.
You'll be using your project management experience and skills to manage projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring project briefs are fully delivered and the appropriate solution landed.

You'll be supported by our advanced technology systems; at Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and are committed to maximising wellbeing and offer our people the flexibility to work remotely from home after onboarding.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the overall management and successful delivery new client change projects
  • Attending client meetings nationally with some overnight stays you'll need to drive and have access to a car
  • Working from our Luton offices occasionally for project related tasks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships between key stakeholders
  • Complete analysis of internal, existing and prospective clients' challenges (due diligence)
  • Conduct gap analysis on both internal and external projects (Organisation, Process and System)
  • Support with client contractual negotiation on business wins
  • Ensure that all customer relationships are on a journey to achieving high road recruitment practises
  • Identify, manage and communicate to internal and external key stakeholders throughout the project
  • Create Business Cases and produce and manage the project plan
  • Produce, build and challenge the project brief
  • Implement a communication plan bespoke for each project
  • Identify and manage risks and issues
  • Procure required resources
  • Lead the project team and manage cross functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and trial potential solutions
  • Responsible for ensuring that costs are implemented in-line with the costing model and account P&L
  • Ensure that all current employment laws, legislative or otherwise is maintained during every project
