Key responsibilities include:
- Team management including, support, training, development, 121's and appraisals
- Processing a small portfolio of client payrolls
- Dealing with escalated payroll queries
- Continuous process improvement and implementation
- Keeping up to date with payroll legislation
- Producing payroll reports for management
- Liaising with HMRC
- Ad hoc duties
The candidate:
- Must have client payroll experience
- Team management experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation
- Excellent attention to detail
