My client are a leading worldwide brand in medical technology, pushing boundaries for more than 100 years and driving sustainable innovations. They aim to enable healthcare professionals to innovate and personalise care by offering strengths in digital, data and AI to enable their medical devices and service offerings. Due to team growth and expansion, we have partnered with this pioneering brand to recruit the job of Marketing Content Manager for the UK Business. The role can work predominantly remotely in the UK, but will be required to attend a monthly team meeting in their Surrey offices and other ad-hoc meetings when required.

Your new role
As Content Marketing Manager, your role is to shape and execute the annual Content plan. You will work with key stakeholders to understand key business objectives, create a comprehensive content strategy for how to meet business needs with content projects. You will execute this plan by crafting compelling content - writing pieces for use across the web, customer communications and sales support, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies and articles. You will also look at how this content can be utilised and repurposed cross-platform, for example across social channels. You will also support the Digital strategy by implementing content, managing content uploads and evaluating the performance of web content for future improvements. You will also manage the PR Executive, overseeing and guiding media content output, ensuring integration with the overall content marketing strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a strong copywriter with a passion for creating great written content. You will demonstrate an aptitude for both short and long form copy for use across multiple external routes-to-market, and have a knowledge of different communications channels. You will use your B2B experience to translate complex information into readable content, with strong communications skills in order to liaise with internal and external stakeholders - including product specialists and customers. You will ideally have some knowledge of the end-to-end content process; uploading and managing content online and evaluating success to inform future engagement. You will demonstrate capable stakeholder management experience, able to take briefs, advise, and guide senior stakeholders within the business, with great collaboration and teamwork.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package; 26 days' annual leave + Bank Holidays, generously matched private pension scheme, medical benefits, company share scheme, flexible optional benefits and eligibility for company bonus. You can work remotely but will be required to attend the monthly Communications Team Meeting on-site in Camberley, Surrey, as well as having the flexibility to travel for key meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
