Group HR Advisor

Here at Contract Personnel, we are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor (operating at a senior level) to join a well-established, family run business to oversee their 18 sites across the East of England.

The successful candidate will be a strong, proactive HR Generalist with demonstrated experience of managing a high-volume case load in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

And while passionate about making a difference, they will be confident, assertive and resilient, with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Excellent MS Office skills are essential, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Previous experience of utilising HRIS is desired.

A full driving licence is essential as this role requires you to regularly travel to their sites across the East of England offering on the ground support to their teams. A company vehicle will be provided to assist with your duties (electric vehicle options are available).

You may be required to carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job, as requested by the line manager.

Other desirable attributes:

  • Working towards CIPD Level 7.
  • Experience of working in a multi-site environment.

The Role

Contract: Full time, permanent hybrid - 3 days on site (or in the field), and 2 days working from home

Salary: £40k - £43k, based on experience

Hours: 8:30 - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Location Base: Norwich (although flexible, dependant on where you live)
