Salary**: £13.01 - £13.76** per hour / £25,038 - £26,476 pro rata (incl. Rural Allowance)

This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to specialise in autism care, even if you're new to the field. Experience in social care is desirable but not essential—just a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating personalised support plans
- Building positive relationships
- Collaborating with families and health professionals
- Encouraging independence, community involvement, and personal development
- Shift work, including weekends and evenings, is required
