Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for Engineering maintenance courses (at levels 2 and 3) in mechanical maintenance, engineering maintenance, electrical maintenance or a combination of all. Delivery will be both in the workshop and the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons within Engineering Maintenance.• Assessing students' understanding through continuous observation and feedback• Developing and upgrading course content as per the curriculum requirements• Ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment• Participating in quality improvement and curriculum development activities.Requirements:
- Extensive industry engineering experience (with a maintenance focus)• Previous teaching experience in a similar role (highly desirable).• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• A strong commitment to providing the highest standards of teachingWhat they Offer:
