Salary: £22,350 - £26,000p.a. Full Time

Working Hours: 9am-5pm,5daysaweek.Some flexibilitywithinhours. Hybrid 2-3 days per week.

Working as a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the key liaison between the practitioners and the clients. You will provide proactive and robust customer service, focusing on client relationships and ensuring that KPI's are met.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator :

  • Ensure diary bookings are correct
  • Oversee daily work load of current clients.
  • Have a high standard of formatting and sending reports
  • Data base management, to ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Book internal and external appointments
  • Ensure PO numbers are obtained for all billable work.
  • Check recalls ,keep clients up to date with health surveillance
  • Proactively manage wellbeing and flu campaigns for your clients to ensure we are achieving maximum growth

What you will need to succeed as the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral are essential.
  • Must be enthusiastic and adopt a positive attitude.
  • Being highly organised and able to work autonomously is essential.
  • Must have resilience as this is a busy role.
  • Must be confident in day-to-day tasks and proactive in handling problems.
  • A full working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
