I am supporting a returning school on their search for a new Registrar to join their Marketing, Admissions and Events (MAE) team. The successful candidate will manage, coordinate, and implement the organisation and delivery of the admissions process, driving brand awareness and contributing to the school's reputation and success. This role requires a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of administration and organisation, particularly in liaising with feeder schools and prospective parents.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Oversee all aspects of student admissions, including managing applications, conducting school tours, and coordinating assessments for various entry levels.
  • Maintain accurate student records, enrolment data, and administrative documents.
  • Utilise software applications and databases for information management and report generation.
  • Respond to all admissions enquiries and manage communications with prospective parents.
  • Collaborate with the SEN department and liaise with the fees secretary regarding billing and enrolment.
  • Provide accurate pupil forecasts and admissions analysis to the Head of Marketing, Senior Management Team, and Governors.
  • Organise admissions events and manage feeder school relations and events.
  • Manage the school uniform supply process, including liaising with suppliers and handling queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a school or educational institution is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using MIS systems.
  • A strong sales ethos with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanour, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships.
