Package:
- £28,000 to £35,000pa (depending on experiance)
- Generous commision structure (OTE £4,000+)
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm (1 in 3 Saturday on a rota)
- 45 hour contract
We're looking for:
- Experience within a similar role is essential
- Abilityto use your own initiative when faced with challenges
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Impressive organisational skills
- Thrive within a team
- Extensive knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given
- Professional and courteous manner
Job Description:
- Maintain agreed profit margin and return on investment by efficiently controlling stocks, assets and all financial transactions
- Achieve and strive to exceed all targets through an efficient workshop operation
- Maintain quality control on all repairs
- Formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum sale of parts and labour
- Responisible for correct allocation and maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the workshop
- Ensure the workshop achieves budget objectives by allocating work to the appropriate skill set
- Abide by all health & safety legislation and internal procedures are followed
- Communicate effectively with colleagues & customers updating state of repairs
- Ability to confidently speak with customers in any given scenario such as upsell or a complaint
- Demonstrate a ‘Can Do ‘Attitude at all times
