Package:

  • £28,000 to £35,000pa (depending on experiance)
  • Generous commision structure (OTE £4,000+)
  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm (1 in 3 Saturday on a rota)
  • 45 hour contract

We're looking for:

  • Experience within a similar role is essential
  • Abilityto use your own initiative when faced with challenges
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Impressive organisational skills
  • Thrive within a team
  • Extensive knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given
  • Professional and courteous manner

Job Description:

  • Maintain agreed profit margin and return on investment by efficiently controlling stocks, assets and all financial transactions
  • Achieve and strive to exceed all targets through an efficient workshop operation
  • Maintain quality control on all repairs
  • Formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum sale of parts and labour
  • Responisible for correct allocation and maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the workshop
  • Ensure the workshop achieves budget objectives by allocating work to the appropriate skill set
  • Abide by all health & safety legislation and internal procedures are followed
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues & customers updating state of repairs
  • Ability to confidently speak with customers in any given scenario such as upsell or a complaint
  • Demonstrate a ‘Can Do ‘Attitude at all times
