We are currently looking for a compliance co-ordinator with solid experience in lettings administration. This role involves managing compliance, reporting, and handling various administrative tasks like document drafting and invoicing. The position offers clear opportunities for career growth, with a supportive team-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the lettings process, particularly in ensuring legal compliance and building relationships with clients and tenants. This includes managing disputes, addressing enquiries, and providing advice. We are seeking someone who is highly organised, communicates well, and pays close attention to detail. The role includes a hybrid working schedule, with two days working from home each week. A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role is required, and an ARLA qualification would be a plus

  • Location: Worthing
  • Salary; £28,000 OTE
  • 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday.
  • No weekends
  • Industry experience is essential (2 years minimum)
