My client, an award-winning and well-established sales and lettings agency is currently looking for an experinced Sales Negotiator to join their team in the Crayford area as a Senior Sales Negotiator.
Working hours:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you'll be required to work full time, 5 days a week
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- A basic salary of £25,000
- OTE Of up to £45,000
- Career progression
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- Must have at least 2 years listing experience
- Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Be IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
- To be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and energy to help customers
- Existing knowledge of the local area
- A full UK Driving License is necessary
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Ambition to succeed and climb the career ladder
- Conducting Sales Valuations and Market Appraisals
- Listing properties
- Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
