Join our growing team to handle rental enquiries, process client requests, issue quotations, and manage logistics for dry hire and full-service clients. Ensure profitable asset utilisation and cost minimisation, and maintain up-to-date job records adhering to company standards.

What you'll be doing
- Process rental enquiries and client requests
- Match client requirements to available stock
- Manage logistics, customer communications, and job progress
- Prepare and program equipment for dispatch, check returns, and control stock
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and track missing items
- Assist in maintaining and improving the rental system
- Identify potential rental projects and dry hire opportunities
- Manage rental job changes and customer confirmations
- Visit new and prospective clients and suppliers as needed
Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English with good grammar for business correspondence
- Interest in audio equipment and the corporate events or performing arts industry
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to short notice changes
- Practical skills with hand tools and test equipment
- Basic electrical and electronics knowledge (preferred)
- Experience with audio/lighting/video/technical equipment (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence and Passport for occasional travel
- Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Office 365)
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Team player
Working Hours:
Typically 09:00 - 17:30, Mon-Fri, with occasional paid work outside these hours and at weekends.
