I am recruiting for a Lead Portfolio Manager with experience of the Rail Construction industry.
This is a hybrid role - 2 days in either London or York, remaining time remote.
The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company.
Rail Construction industry knowledge if essential.
You will lead a matrix team to deliver the market application readiness (MAR) activity, taking all suppliers through a development and technical assurance process, working with technical specialists, to deliver System products that are fully compliant with the client.
You will be a registered PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent.
You must have demonstrable project safety management practice and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practice.
Knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
Knowledge of procurement principles and processes.
Knowledge and demonstrable previous application of assurance principles and processes.
Demonstrable experience of the application of Construction Design Management (CDM) and the Common Safety Method (CSM).
Knowledge and application of the Three Lines of Defence Assurance Model.
