Rate: £13-14.94 per hour including holiday pay
The successful HR Administrator will have experience in the following;
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases.
- Recruitment Assistance: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing and assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems and generate reports as needed.
