Job Title: Demolition Commercial Manager
Salary: £60,000 per annum + £550 P/M Car Allowance or Company Car
Location: Home-based, reporting to Manchester
Type: Temp to Perm
Time: 9:00 - 17:30
**The Role
As the main Commercial Manager, you'll manage multiple projects, ensuring the company's commercial interests are protected.

**Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team.
- Review estimates and control costs.
- Ensure timely contract notices and cost assessments.
- Draft and manage subcontract agreements.
- Provide management reports as needed.
- Support other business departments with commercial issues.
**Requirements
- Experience in commercial management or quantity surveying.
- Experience with CVRs, cost reports, and contracts (especially NEC).
- Degree or equivalent in commercial management or quantity surveying.
- Professional and respectful communication.
