Your new role
I'm looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced marketing team, working closely with the Senior Leadership Teams and impact their public sector marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for public sector divisions.
- Plan and organise multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Lead the Marketing Public Sector team and support advisors.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Manage website content and track digital marketing performance.
- Oversee the Public Sector marketing budget.
- Mentor and develop team members.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- Proven marketing experience with strategic planning, market research, branding, communications, projects, events, and client care.
- Commercial mindset with budget management skills.
- Ability to manage and support the professional development of a Senior Marketing Executive.
- Excellent IT skills, including website development, social media expertise, and design software proficiency.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
- Commitment to the firm's values.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
