Hooray are proud to be working with a longstanding client to assist in the recruitment for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team on a short term temp basis!

As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will:
- Provide technical support to external customers, assisting them with hardware and software problems
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
- Log calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation
- Allocate more complex service issues to the Head of Operations
- Have a shared responsibility with helpdesk colleagues for back-up checks and fixes
To be successful as a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will:
- Have relevant 1st line/ Helpdesk experience
- Be experienced in using & troubleshooting Microsoft Office
- Be confident in using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment
- Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
- Have excellent communication skills both via telephone and face to face
- Access to a vehicle would be advantageous however, not essential
In return, we are offering an hourly rate of £13.00 + holiday pay. Please note, this is a temporary assignment, expected to last around 4 weeks.
