Eye4 Recruitment are working with a client that is continuing growing, has an exciting brand, based near Guildford in luscious offices in a stunning location. Were looking to recruit for several positions one of them being this role a Customer Service Advisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to calls, incoming emails and ensure queries and orders are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Input customer orders
- Complete credit/collection requests and consult with the relevant department
- Manage customer sales history and update their purchases preferences as required
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
- Communicate important feedback from customer to Key Account Manager
- Provide after-sales support to the Key Account Manager and assist the Business Development Managers in the absence of the Sales Administrators
- Undertake any other tasks which can be reasonably expected in relation to the role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of working in a similar support role
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- A polite and friendly manner
- Enjoys working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to build team spirit and purpose.
