Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Management Accounts:

Collaborate with the finance team to prepare accurate and timely management accounts.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Reporting:

Regularly report financial performance to the Board.

Provide insightful analysis and recommendations.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations:
-
Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
-
Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Intercompany Lending and Recharges:
-
Manage intercompany transactions and recharges related to Head Office costs.

KPI Analysis:
-
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across our homes.

Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

Performance Drivers:

Evaluate occupancy rates, payroll expenses, and direct costs.

Collaborate with Regional Directors to optimise financial performance.

System and Process Improvements:

Assist in implementing enhancements to financial systems and processes.

Cash Reporting and Forecasting:

Support weekly cash reporting and forecasting activities.

Annual Budgeting:

Contribute to the annual budgeting process.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Sage 200 is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
