Pay Rate: £15 - £18.47

Hours: Mon-Fri 0900-1700

Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office

Contract Type: Temporary - 3 months

Our client, one of the UK's largest banking groups, is seeking an Administrator to support their Heath and Wellbeing project team based in South Gyle, City of Edinburgh. This is a temporary position for a period of 3 months.

As a Health and Wellbeing Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the team in logging and fulfilling various requests. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and inclusive team, supporting over 65000 colleagues in their workplace across the UK.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to colleagues to assess requests and gather relevant details.
  • Ensuring accurate and precise logging of information.
  • Collecting and analysing data to support the team's initiatives.
  • Assisting with queries and updating requests as needed.

Key Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in IT packages such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to use own judgement.
  • Previous experience in an administrative based role
