Production Operative – Permanent Role
Location: Outskirts of Thetford
Salary: £23,920 - £25,168 per annum (depending on training and progression)
Monday - Friday, 40 Hours per week
Note: Due to the rural location, own vehicle is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials by cutting, punching, and modifying lengths according to technical drawings.
- Ensure quality control by having senior staff review work.
- Follow the production plan to meet deadlines.
- Report any quality issues to senior team members.
- Maintain a clean workstation at the end of each shift.
- Participate in quarterly stock checks.
- Load and unload deliveries.
- Perform general warehouse duties and assist in other departments as needed.
- Comply with company risk assessments and Health and Safety regulations.
Personal Competencies:
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure maximum productivity
- Previous experience with metalwork is preferred
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
- Basic IT knowledge for e-learning training modules
- Own transport required due to rural location
- Ideally, a full UK driving license for occasional collections and deliveries
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute to company objectives by undertaking additional tasks
