Senior HR Business Partner / Birmingham (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic professional services firm? We are currently seeking a talented HR Business Partner who is ready for their next step, to join one of our clients in Birmingham. This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with on-site presence. 2 days in office / 3 home.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic HR Support:Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Including initiatives around EDI.
2.Employee Relations:Act as a trusted advisor, managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
3.Talent Acquisition:To work with their designated areas of the business in the development of resourcing and talent pipeline initiatives
4.Learning and Development:Design and implement effective training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
5.Performance Management:Drive performance management initiatives, providing guidance to managers and employees to optimize individual and team performance.
6.Policy Implementation:Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, keeping abreast of legal and regulatory changes.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role - with examples of truly partnering with senior level corporate stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead on HR projects, ideally having had exposure to EDI initiatives
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in a professional services environment is essential
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification level 7 is preferred.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Business Partner role.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
