Ideally you will have previous PA experience and experience of managing and developing a team of admins and PAs, including - training
- recruitment
- work allocation
- Employee relations
- Appraisal and review processes
Travel to other UK offices will be required at times.
The management team are super collaborative and a great support to each other and you will be supported at all times by a line manager who is empowering in their management style.
