Our client is looking for an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join their independent consultancy that specialises in building compliance, acoustic design, and assessments for noise and vibration.
Acoustic Consultant Requirements:
- Relevant Acoustics degree or similar
- Experience in a similar role
- Sound Insulation Testing Experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Member of the Institute of Acoustics (IoA) (Desirable)
Acoustic Consultant Duties:
- Noise and vibration assessments
- Sound Insulation Testing
- Prepare and complete technical reports
- Manage projects to ensure they meet building regulations, planning conditions and client specifications
- Site visits
