Adecco have teamed up with a forward thinking and dynamic company within engineering and manufacturing, they are looked to add to their customer service department. As a proactive customer service operative you will support all existing and new customers within the thermal imaging & emissions area plus dealing with inside sales queries.

Salary: £27,000 £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

The main day to day responsibilities:

  • Customer Service o Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Sales Support
  • Assist external sales representatives with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and invoices to clients.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
  • Lead Generation
  • Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Work closely and provide support to the Sales Order Processing team, Marketing, and external Sales Team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This amazing company will look to recruit candidates with the following;

  • Experience within a sales or customer role, preferably within the same industry.
  • CRM, SAP and Microsoft application experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organise & manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytic skills.
