Up to £27,000 (+bonus)

Macildowie are thrilled to be supporting a professional services business based in the Staffordshire countryside. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a customer-facing sales position within the financial services sector.

While experience in financial sales is preferred, candidates with a strong desire to learn and succeed are encouraged to apply. Full training on financial products and in-house software will be provided, along with ongoing coaching and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and promote the sale of equipment through hire purchase and lease in a B2B setting.
  • Follow a compliant sales process to help clients choose suitable finance options for their businesses.
  • Negotiate finance rates and manage each stage of client transactions.
  • Engage in high levels of telephone interaction with clients, field-based sales teams, and dealer sales personnel.
  • Achieve profit, margin objectives, and other KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, responding to inbound enquiries.
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, nurturing relationships with clients and dealer sales personnel.
  • Collaborate with the team and manage your own workload after training.

  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
