In this role, you'll work with the Facilities Manager to develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment. You'll conduct inspections, perform repairs, and maintain records while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects through team collaboration.

The Role:
- Create and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment.

- Mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Maintenance experience, preferably in research and development or office settings
