Our client based in Weybridge are seeking a temporary Sales Executive to support their customers with queries and bookings. This role would suit someone with previous telephone based customer service experience and someone who enjoys a busy working environment!
Duties:
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
- Answer customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Amending bookings for customers
- Problem solve where necessary to ensure the customer has a resolution to any queries or concerns
- Discussing outstanding payments with customers
The successful candidate:
- Will have previous experience dealing with customers
- Will be able to work well towards deadlines
- Must be able to start a temp role immediately
