Logistics Administrator

A nationally recognisable FCMG brand, based in Snetterton is now looking to employ an Experienced Logistics Administrator due to the continued growth. With an established supply chain up and down the country, this business will provide you with a vast amount of stability and growth.

Your new role
Duties / Tasks: SAP Tasks
? POD Monitor:
? Download POD data from SAP to ensure all completed deliveries/collections have a completed POD - investigate any missing data for accuracy and align the order appropriately for deliveries made or unachieved.
? Support Depots to ensure all POD data relevant to their sites has been completed in accordance with the HO process.
? Provide data for Finance in relation to POD's and customer order invoicing.

? Shortage Report:
? Download POL data from SAP, investigate shortages and discrepancies. Prepare and circulate the daily report.

? Depot STO's:
? Create the Stock Transfer Orders for the depots on SAP using the product requirements supplied by the Production Planning Team.

Purchase Order Creation:
? Raise and manage PO's for centralised fleet costs:
? Vehicle Leasing
? Vehicle equipment (Camera, Tracking etc).
? Logistics Software (Planning etc)
? Equipment (Office Supplies, Water, uniform)

Fleet Insurance Administration:
? Responsibility for managing the administration of the fleet insurance policy:
? Addition /removal of vehicles from the policy as required (MID).
? Claims notification, document submission and management, including LOU costs.
? Claims review and monitoring.
? Review the quarterly submissions for accuracy of vehicles covered.
? Report on claims processes and standings.

Fuel uplift recordings and analysis:
? Record all fuel purchases/uplifts made by the commercial fleet vehicles using KPI Data.
? Update the MPG recording data for commercial fleet vehicles.
? Review the MPG data, investigate discrepancies and advise on results.
? Align uplift data with charges made on supplier invoices.

Fuel Card and Toll Account administration:
? Manage fuel card ordering for vehicles / employees as necessary.
? Cancel / stop all obsolete or lost cards.
? Monitor fuel card account to ensure accuracy of data.
? Produce fuel purchase reports as necessary for costing or environmental review.
? Manage fleet list and authority levels for tolls (Dartford, TFL, Humber etc).
? Analyse and re-attribute toll costs to the correct depot / cost centre.
? Analyse and record toll costs across the fleet.

Fleet Support:
? Assist Logistics Management team with claims for VOR recharge / Credits from vehicle suppliers.
? Update Fleet KPI data on a daily basis to ensure information is available for daily review meetings.
? Conduct complaint analysis for B2B shipments through nominated carrier(s) to identify failings and areas for improvement.

Departmental Tasks:
? PCN Management to include recording, appeals, payments, and notification of employee line manager.
? Inform HR/Payroll and Employee of PCN recharges.
? Update Parking registers as required for access to customer delivery points (service yards etc).
? Order and manage staff uniform requirements for the logistics team at Snetterton.

Other Tasks / Duties:
? Arrange Hire Cars through the current provider as necessary.
? Provide analytical support as required.
? Support Customer Service and Finance departments as necessary:
? Where appropriate, act as the primary contact for queries and requests.
? Assist Finance with delivery queries and resolution to support invoicing processes.
? Provide absence cover for Stock Controller.
? When requested, provide absence cover for Logistics Planning.
? Any other reasonable duties as requested by Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities:
? Control of the SAP POD Monitor process.? Monitoring, investigate and report on picking and delivery shortages.
? Creating STO's for depot stock transfer to enable picking and distribution processes.
? Purchase order management and control.
? Fleet insurance process control.
? Fuel & Toll process control.
? Claim submission and receipt for VOR Costs.
