Role: Development Executive
Salary: £30,000 per annum (with bonus opportunities of +£5000 in your first year)
Location: West London. Hybrid working is available once training is completed.
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 9:00-17:30

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Development Managers in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in managing sites and chasing down leads.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a professional experience.
- Contribute to the growth of the company by bringing in new sites.
Requirements:
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with client interactions and cold calling.
- A methodical thinker with a knack for problem-solving.
- Previous experience in property, sales, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
