New Business Team Leader

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a driven and dedicated individual to lead a Property New Business Team. Reporting directly to the Director, this pivotal role will see you at the helm of a dynamic team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Property New Business Team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage team members, ensuring new business KPI targets are consistently met.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with new business introducers.
- Guide clients through the initial steps of their move, providing exemplary customer service.
- Prepare and dispatch mail and enclosures, manage filing systems, and handle client files.
- Conduct probation reviews for staff members and monitor their progression.
- Liaise with Fee Earners regarding relationships and capacity.
- Ensure SLAs are met for each introducer and oversee referral fee payments.
About You:
- Extensive knowledge of residential conveyancing.
- A deep understanding of new business operations within a legal environment.
- Initiative and a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, along with a positive attitude.
- Exceptional organisational, methodical, and adaptable skills.
- Experience in staff progression monitoring and ensuring SLA compliance.
