As a Customer Interaction Team Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring our strategic vision is well understood across your team and will support your team in translating their ideas into reality. You'll ensure that the systems and processes within your area of responsibility are as effective as possible and, as part of this, you'll be relied on to ensure an efficient and co-operative working environment where everyone's performing to the best of their ability.

Your main goal is to keep your team motivated and driven with your positive, can-do attitude. You'll have plenty of freedom to use your initiative and drive change in order to make the department even more efficient. As a fantastic communicator, you'll strike up positive relationships with your manager, who will rely on your knowledge and expertise to make well-informed business decisions.

Your New Role:

  • Strategically developing the partnerships to support both business and brand objectives
  • Reinforcing our partnership messaging across all of our Channels
  • Working with our Marketing teams to develop partnership strategies
  • Manage and build on our existing partnerships
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities
  • Taking ownership of partnership reporting and KPIs
  • Developing and maintaining a culture of efficiency and effectiveness across the team
  • Organising workloads, creating an effective workflow and review structure
  • Working alongside Marketing teams, agencies and partners
  • Building strong relationships across internal teams to continuously optimise partnership activity
  • Owning all areas of partnership & campaign activity, from briefing through to deployment
  • Reviewing and assessing the impact of the brand partnerships against KPI‘s?

About You:

  • Have strong stakeholder management skills, able to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholder

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
