As a Customer Interaction Team Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring our strategic vision is well understood across your team and will support your team in translating their ideas into reality. Your New Role:
- Strategically developing the partnerships to support both business and brand objectives
- Reinforcing our partnership messaging across all of our Channels
- Working with our Marketing teams to develop partnership strategies
- Manage and build on our existing partnerships
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities
- Taking ownership of partnership reporting and KPIs
- Developing and maintaining a culture of efficiency and effectiveness across the team
- Organising workloads, creating an effective workflow and review structure
- Working alongside Marketing teams, agencies and partners
- Building strong relationships across internal teams to continuously optimise partnership activity
- Owning all areas of partnership & campaign activity, from briefing through to deployment
- Reviewing and assessing the impact of the brand partnerships against KPI‘s?
About You:

- Salary starting £46,345 rising to £50,870
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
