Head Therapist (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: South Downs, Arundel, West Sussex
Salary: £29,721.51 PA, plus tips, 2% treatment & 10% retail commission
Hours & Contract Type: 38 hours per week, Fixed-Term, Maternity Cover until November 2025
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Therapist to lead a skilled team of Massage & Facial Therapists on a fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave. As part of a larger group, there may be opportunities for further employment after the contract ends.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will oversee unique treatment rooms, set within the picturesque hotel grounds. These single treatment rooms, , ingeniously converted from potting sheds, offer guests a quirky yet truly indulgent experience that is highly cherished. As Head Therapist, you will be integral to the success of these potting shed treatment rooms, embodying our brand's essence and inspiring our close-knit team to deliver the exceptional service we are known for.
Your role will not only involve managing and guiding the therapist team but also being hands-on with treatments, showcasing a can-do attitude. You will confidently guide guests through the hotel's lush grounds, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to meet their individual needs.
In addition to providing treatments, your responsibilities will include managing bookings, promoting treatments, writing rotas, managing stock, and recruiting new team members.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be confident, passionate about guest satisfaction, and possess demonstrable experience in a similar role. An NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, or CIBTAC qualification is essential.
