Job: Production Operative - Blending Department
Location: Harrogate
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £16.07 per hour
Hours: 10hr shifts
Monday to Thursday with rotations between day and night shifts.
Day shift: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Night shift: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating blending machinery
- Ensuring the accurate mixing of ingredients
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Packing and stacking of products
- Maintaining accurate production records
- Following health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Assisting with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing ingredients
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required
- FLT Licence (Not essential)
