Are you an experienced Administrator, looking for a new temporary position?
I am working with a small, independent business who are looking for some additional support.
Responsibilities for the Administrator role –
- Maintain the company website, uploading pictures online and ensuring all details are up to date etc.
- Produce digital reports from the system.
- Inbound and outbound calling to clients and customers.
- Inputting invoices on the system, and use of Xero.
Requirements for the Administrator role –
- Previous experience in a previous Administration role.
- Proactive and confident.
- Experience of Xero.
Additional information for the Administrator role –
- Part Time, 3 days a week 09:30 - 15:30
- Pay from £12 P/H
- Initially up until the new year however, potential to be extended.
- Immediate start.
