This position is for a dedicated and strategic HR Business Partner who is adept at developing effective relationships across all levels within a business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management.

Client Details

The company is an established manufacturing organisation with over 1,500 employees worldwide. This is a UK only role, where you will support an employee base of circa 500 individuals. The company are known for their innovative approach and commitment to quality, operating on a global scale whilst maintaining a keen focus on employee development and welfare.

You will be based out of the Oxford head office, but will also be required to travel one per month to sites in the North. The company offer a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, but would like to find someone who understands that business need may require some flexibility in this arrangement on occasion.

Description

  • Work with the Senior HRBP to develop HR strategies that align with the business objectives
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Work closely with the HR Operations team
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to influence and guide decision making
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs

Profile

A successful 'HR Business Partner' should have:

  • A CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a matrixed organisation
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficiency in HR software
