PMO Analyst - M&A integration programme
Our prestigious client have a requirement for an experienced PMO Analyst to work as a standalone PMO on a major post-merger integration programme. This standalone PMO will provide PMO support to the entire integration programme team ensuring that all project governance, controls RAIDs and plans are up to date and on track.
This standalone PMO will also face into the client's central PMO as a representative of the programme ensuring that the client's project governance and controls are adhered to and managed by the programme.
Up to £400 per day - UMBRELLA ONLY
6 month initial contract (with scope for long term extensions)
3 days per week onsite in the client's Worcester office (City Centre)
Essential Experience needed:
- Strong previous experience of undertaking standalone PMO roles within major transformation programmes
- Experience of supporting major transformation projects / programmes, ideally with experience of both IT and Business Change focused transformations
- A strong all-round PMO skillset and experience
- Experience of working within organisations with varying degrees of maturity around programme governance and controls
- Ability to educate and take stakeholders on the journey towards more robust and matured levels of programme governance and controls
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience of working on M&A, Post Merger Integration or other integration programmes
