You will play a crucial part in ensuring our products reach customers on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include planning production, placing orders with factories, negotiating prices, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing logistics. You will also work closely with our sales and design teams to meet launch deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production, managing factory capacities effectively.
- Issue Purchase Orders and ensure accurate fulfilment.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and shipping companies to optimise costs.
- Lead weekly meetings with key suppliers to monitor production progress and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to keep them updated on order and delivery statuses to meet launch dates.
- Work closely with design and product development teams to maintain the critical path and hit key milestones.
- Coordinate UK and EU transport arrangements and manage logistics with shipping companies for sea and air freight.

The Person
- Proven experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably within the sportswear sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work as part of a target-driven team.
