Our client is a global leader in the savings and retirement industry. This job will give you the chance to join one of the most well respected and high growth financial services companies in the UK.
They are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Project Manager to take charge of the successful execution of Oracle HCM Redwood initiatives within HR, ensuring delivery from start to finish. This will require the candidate to manage the complete business process lifecycle, introducing ongoing improvements to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive Project Management experience working with Oracle, and in particularly the Redwood add on.
Responsibilities of the
Oracle HCM Project Manager
- Manage end-to-end Oracle HCM project delivery, ensuring all stages of the project lifecycle are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Redwood projects, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.
- Oversee the coordination of business process optimizations, ensuring effective collaboration across departments (e.g. IT, Finance, and Solution Architecture).
- Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
- Ensure all project deliveries comply with regulatory and industry standards, especially within financial services or other heavily regulated sectors.
Experience of the
Oracle HCM Project Manager
- Strong experience in managing the complete lifecycle of Oracle HCM projects, including HR business process management.
- Proven expertise in leading Oracle HCM Redwood projects to successful outcomes.
- Extensive background in project management within financial services or similarly regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at senior levels.
