Based in Glasgow, they are now currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator who is looking for career progression, to join their team.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting Advisors and Paraplanners: Assist in all aspects of the financial planning process collaborating with other offices on new and existing business matters
- Efficient Business Processing: Handling new business efficiently, including platform work where knowledge of AEGON and Investcentre trading platforms is advantageous
- Client Interaction: Preparing valuations ahead of client meetings and drafting correspondence and communicate with clients and providers as needed
- Database Management: Maintaining client records to the highest standards**.** Experience with the Intelligent Office back-office system is beneficial
- Client Portfolio Research: Conduct research on existing and new client portfolios and gathering relevant information from providers
