Description
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare monthly and year-end close processes and reporting.
- Apply accounting policies and standards to ensure accurate financial submissions.
- Ensure timely filing of financial statements and local tax filings with the help of external accountants.
- Act as a liaison between the finance team and third-party local accounting firms.
- Prepare monthly VAT and quarterly VAT returns for external accountant review and submission.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support the external audit process.
- Assist in finalising monthly management accounts for three entities, including:
Profile
A successful Interim Financial Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
- Strong Year end and monthly management account preparation
- Experience in a complex global organisation ideally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
