Year 3/4 Teacher (Maternity Cover)
We are recruiting for a fantastic primary special school in Hertfordshire, seeking a full-time Year 3/4 Teacher to join them in January. This is a maternity cover role with the possibility of a temp-to-perm or straight permanent contract.
With small class sizes and a supportive team, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact on children's learning and development in a vibrant and inclusive environment.

As a Year 3/4 SEND Teacher, you will:
- Support pupils with a range of needs, including learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and speech and language difficulties
- Work alongside a team of experienced staff to create a safe, engaging learning environment
- Build strong relationships with students and families to encourage progress and development
- Be part of a school community that collaborates closely with professionals and the local community
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with SEND experience
- Ability to work full-time from January
- A strong understanding of SEND and the ability to adapt teaching to individual needs
- Live local to the school or within a communtable distance
