This is a great role for an experience finance professional to support the day to day finance operations of this thriving, specialist team!
Working closely with and supported by the Finance Director, you will have responsibility for:
- Invoicing, including Sales Ledger.
- Purchase Ledger.
- Assisting with incoming phone calls and enquiries.
- Supporting with booking in of engineer visits and surveys.
- Preparing payments.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Credit card statements for engineers – cross checking to Sage and making sure have receipts.
- Monthly maintenance runs.
About you:
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attentiveness to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Experienced in invoicing.
- Good IT skills - knowledge of Sage 50 would be advantageous.
