Prospero Teaching are urgently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Specialist to join a pupil referral unit in Dudley.
The school specialise in supporting children and young adults with emotional and behavioural challenges and are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for children and adults of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- · Support pupils with challenging behaviour by building strong a rapport with them.
- · Carry out comprehensive assessments to identify behaviour patterns and implement strategies to improve.
- · Monitor and analyse pupil progress and adjust intervention plans accordingly.
- · Liaise with educators, therapists, and families to design and implement tailored intervention strategies.
- · Provide direct support and coaching to individuals and families, promoting positive behaviour change.
Qualifications:
- · Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- · Experience in behaviour is ideal but not essential
- · Relevant experience working with children or adults with diverse needs, including autism spectrum disorders, emotional or behavioural disorders, and developmental delays.
- · Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- · Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with families.
