Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Wills, Trusts, and Probate Lawyer with 1-5 years PQE to join their esteemed team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a thriving legal practice, with hybrid working options available after the probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of wills, trusts, and probate matters
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent client service
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-5 years PQE Solicitor with experience in wills, trusts, and probate law
- Dedicated to providing excellent client service in line with the firm's Service Pledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work calmly and methodically under pressure, even in busy environments
- Clean driver's license and ability to commute between offices as required
- Flexible, self-sufficient, and proactive team player
- Comfortable working with clients from all walks of life, particularly older and more vulnerable people
