Coventry City Centre (Hybrid working)

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join an established well known organisation based in Coventry City Centre. This role is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, who has experience in a finance role and is capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Reporting to the Finance Manager, serving as a key point of contact within the department.
  • Processing all financial data and managing financial queries.
  • Involvement in the production of management accounts, financial statements, and assisting with budget preparation and forecasting meetings.
  • Coordinating with budget holders for regular forecasting and budget meetings, and reviewing all financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • AAT level 2 and above is highly desirable.
  • Strong Excel skills with experience using V-Lookups & Pivot Tables
  • Experience using a finance systems in a finance role.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and with minimum supervision.
  • Committed, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work as part of a team.
