My client is a Tier 1 Legal firm based in London.
Description
- Support the ENR group on large, complex RFPs and pitches.
- Project manage and deliver end-to-end RFP opportunities, following best practices.
- Identify winning strategies and draft persuasive key sales messages.
- Coordinate and manage inputs from various stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, format, and produce RFP response documents, including content from scratch.
- Support partners/lawyers in preparing for client presentations.
- Prepare client reports as part of the client engagement process.
- Update and maintain matter information and group wording for ENR in Foundation.
- Ensure proposal opportunities are tracked in the firm's CRM system and maintain a library of proposal-related content.
Profile
- Excellent drafting and writing ability, with an emphasis on creating a high-quality "first time working product".
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently without significant supervision.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Significant experience in a similar role within a partnership environment, understanding sector-focused client approaches.
- Ability to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels across different geographies and time zones.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the ENR sector and technical terms.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with confidence to present new concepts to senior partners and lawyers.
- Flexible and versatile approach to work, enjoying team collaboration with diverse needs and styles.
- Proposals experience within a professional services environment, with strong IT literacy and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
Job Offer
