MIS Data Compliance Officer

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Coulsdon.
Main Duties
- Ensure the completeness of data returns and related funding claims, including the development and maintenance of data validation procedures.
- Regularly use data tools and software to examine and resolve ILR data issues, coordinating with colleagues and reporting exceptions.
- Prepare data submissions for agencies, support audit processes, and assist with quality inspections.
- Maintain timetables, resolve booking conflicts, and ensure room allocations are optimized and compliant with curriculum needs.
- Assist with staff training on the student records system, offer advice to curriculum teams, and monitor data quality and compliance.
- Liaise with leadership and departments on data accuracy, room utilization, and provide management information reports on timetabling and space usage.
Requirements
- Experience relevant to the post
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Level 2 Maths & English
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to pass a DBS check
- No previous convictions
