Elevation Engineering and Manufacturing have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading manufacturing business in South Yorkshire who are looking to further expand their talented projects team for some key 2024 projects.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering a hands on engineering role focused on a range of cradle to grave project work, site development, installs, commissioning and more. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for anyone looking to drive exciting site development and rennovation projects with an leading technical team.
The Projects Manager's duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the full lifecycle of onsite process and projects from cradle to grave as a key technical engineering with projects experience
- Co-Ordinate and direct key assignments, schedules, plans, costings and execution
- Act as a point of contract for a range of key site projects issues
- Actively participate in identifying a range of production related problems and support in developing solutions
- Utilise excellent time management skills to ensure swift, successful delivery of projects
- Co-ordinate specified projects from point of order to install and commission
- Support with root cause analysis, maintenance issues on line processes and much more
We are very keen to speak to Project Manager's that have the following skills and experience:
- Degree or relevant HND within an engineering field
- Experience within heavy manufacturing is essential
- Experience supporting key capital projects of varying scales, with experience in cradle to grave implementation of plant equipment installation and modification whilst maintaining minimal production impact
- Good understanding of various manufacturing equipment and related systems
- Computer literacy is essential with various project based software such as MS Office, MS Project and/or design/CAD experience
